John Crow
As a lawyer, my career is significant, but it’s only a part of who I am. Here’s a bit about me outside of the office.
I love reading, especially histories, biographies, and business books. I stay active with goals like cycling the entire Lewis and Clark trail and enjoy outdoor activities, tennis, chess, and board games. I’m a competitive spirit and a fan of the Vanderbilt Commodores.
Family is central to my life. I’m married with two young children, and I come from a large, close-knit family. Relationships and faith are paramount to me, guiding me to treat others kindly.
I graduated cum laude from Vanderbilt University and earned my law degree from Cumberland School of Law. I joined Batson Nolan in 2009, became a partner in 2018, and was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers from 2018 to 2023. In 2019, I opened my own law firm, Crow Estate Planning & Probate, PLC.
In 2024, I founded Nest Title & Escrow, LLC to use my background in estate planning and probate to provide dedicated client service to those needing assistance with their real estate closings.
I’m active in the Clarksville community, serving on various boards and participating in local organizations. I attend Madison Street United Methodist Church, have managed political campaigns, and am an Eagle Scout.
